Horrible!
My daughter recently past away so I had to wait to be released from the hospital and had to make funeral arrangements. I called new avenues to make them aware of why I was going to be late. The lady I spoke to told me that she's sorry and understands and to call them when I'm able to make my payment and to keep them updated. I called them today to update them on when I'm able to pay and catch back up. The store manager Anthony told me he did not care what happened to my daughter and that he doesn't want to discuss that . He wants his money or the bedroom suit. So as I tried to explain he was not listening tried talking while I was still talking. And they ruined and broke my dresser during my move which they still have not replaced. I understand them needing a payment and that's why I called but then to be told that about my daughter and then them not holding up there end is ridiculous. I'm not haply with them and I recommend to go somewhere else. I have never been so rude or disrespected as I was today.
Esmeralda was so helpful ! This is a very professional place of business , I felt so welcomed when I came it I got greeted right away, and every question I had about the inventory was answered . would definitely refer all my friends and family to this place !
Anthony gave us wonderful customer service.... If he didn't have what we wanted he went above and beyond to find it for us. Great prices :)
