We were told we got 30% off our dresser for their mistake but in all honesty I think we are being over charge! Not anywhere on my receipt do I see that they took items out or that any discounts were applied. All I see is a grand total for everything+delivery fee and taxes.I just sent customer service and email with pictures and hopefully we will hear something but won't get my hopes up. We are Ashley Home Store Card customers so we have done business in the past with them. That time didn't go smoothly either. Our coffee/end tables were on back order. Took weeks to get them. Anyways hoping to get this resolved or we will be done buying furniture from them in the future. For the dresser/mirror I was told we would get free delivery since we already paid. Well I have news for them if they had asked me to pay their ridiculous $150 delivery fee or whatever they wouldn't have gotten it from me. You spend all this money for them to screw you over. Their customer service makes me never want to go into that store again. If they don't fix this or give me a better explanation I'm done buying from them.
My husband and I got a bedroom set from here. We just received today and we are missing a dresser/mirror. The delivery guy looked at our receipt and said he didn't see it on there. Ten minutes not even after delivery we went to the store to make sure that the bedroom set definitely came with the dresser/mirror. It did so we asked a representative for some help. Finally we got answers the representative who put in the order didn't include the dresser/mirror in our order. Only item we had removed were lamps to get another night stand. So I'm sitting here still confused about all this. We did upgrade to a king so we knew there would be some up charge. We were under the impression the total included everything but the lamps. Anyways after about two hours with a cranky baby we ended up having to pay for the dresser/mirror. Obviously people buy bedroom "sets" for the whole thing. Not just a bed and two night stands. Our total has now gone up about $500.
I Am Very Pleased with The Delivery and The Items I Purchased!!!! From Julie the Lovely Young Woman who Helped Pick Out Our Furniture to the Gentlemen Who Delivered The Items, I am Proud to say they All Went Above and Beyound and That is rare in this Day and Age!!! It's Good to See a Company who Values Its Customers to this degree!!!! Thank You Ashley Furniture but a Very Warm and Special Thank You to Julie From the Hobbs Location!!!! Julie Your A Lifesaver and Julie Deserves top Pay In My Eye's because You can't teach the Value She Has in Her Naturally!!!! One has to be born with a Heart like that and A Soul to guide a Customer to what The Customer not Only Needs and Wants but What Is Truly Best For said Customer!!!! The staff was friendly and attentive answering all of our questions and allowing us space to roam and discuss without all of the pushy sales techniques that drive you crazy. The order process was easy and my furniture arrived quickly and in perfect condition. The delivery guys were very nice and very proficient, the entire delivery and set up took about 10 minutes. Overall we had a wonderful experience with Ashley HomeStore in Midland TX.

Val made the entire experience wonderful and simple. We needed a new bed and she told us the differences between brands and such. Then when we decided on our bed, she even went out of her way to her manager to see if they could get us the adjustable base and still be at the monthly plan we needed. And she did! Very happy with our experience
