Rude!! I had a family emergency and couldn’t make a payment, they called me harassing me trying to get one. The girl I talked to assumed I’d come in to make a payment and they called me the next day demanding I come in or they’d take the furniture since my account was “about to expire.” If you want the furniture so bad, come take it! Family emergencies come up and I don’t want you called me 5 minutes before you close to come make a payment! Ridiculous!
That immediately made an impression on me. There were 2 employees that morning that certainly know great customer service and went above and beyond their duty. Thank you for hiring the best!
I was in the store the morning of August 19th, I was exhausted after working 12 hour shifts for 2 days, but I desperately needed to make time to look for a bed. I walked in the door and was greeted immediately with "Hi, welcome to Aaron's, can we help you find something?"
Very rude customer service, no two stories are them same with them we owed $70.00 and went to complete payment and were told we owed 89.00, I'd like to know how the price changed out of nowhere. Also we get paid at different times during the month, and we're told that late payments would cost us drastically. Overall just a money hungry company with no regards towards people or there situations i will never do business with them again and will be sure to tell all my family and friends also. I would highly suggest going to a regular store like best buy, lowes or home depot instead of this place.
The girl that handled our lease agreement was hard to understand. I'm not sure if she was new, or just overwhelmed but it was wrong of them to put her on the floor by herself. She didn't speak English, so there was already a huge communication gap. The manager saw we were both getting frustrated and stepped in though! So that was great!
The women with long brown hair in a pony tail that works there is so freaking rude. Shes rude to other employees that work there as well and we as customers can see that. Her looks, her voice tone and the way she acts is really unprofessional. The other employees at this store are very nice and I would definitely return because of them. Very clean, nice store.
