We had a great experience here! Our salesman, Lee Roy, answered all of our questions but allowed us to look around with no pressure to purchase. He helped me put together different pieces of furniture that would fit a specific space. & luckily he was able to have it all delivered on time which was awesome because we only had about a week until we moved in to our new apartment. & the delivery guys, Roland & Williams, were great as well! They were very friendly, got the furniture set up, & cleaned up really quick! I highly recommend this store!
Great experience. Furniture was ordered and delivered in my home in 2 days. My salesman wAs helpful and awesome and the two delivery men are very polite and courteous. I would definitely recommend this store and furniture.
I just made my fifth purchase from the Midland Havertys and it’s been the same experience each time. I’ve worked with a few sales associates over the years. This last time I was able to work with Leeroy. He was great at answering my questions and was never pushy. Our furniture was available for delivery within two days of our order. That didn’t work with my schedule so Leeroy was able to schedule me for a date and time that worked better with my schedule. Delivery was quick and efficient. I was able to follow the status of the delivery truck so I didn’t have to take half a day off of work to wait around. Overall, I am very pleased with my furniture and the service I have received.
