I am writing this review because we've had a bad experience here. We had purchased a sectional from here and only after a 1 yr it's started falling apart. We were told by a store associate to call the customer protection Dept and file a claim. We did call and claim was denied! So now I'm out a sectional and protection plan money, because even they didn't cover it you don't get money back for filing a claim. They never explain anything to you in detail. I had bought several pieces of furniture from here and not happy at all with the service after the sale. Now I have to buy new couches at my expense!
WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE WITH OUR PURCHASE. USE DAN, HE WAS A TERRIFIC AND KNOWLEDGEABLE SALESMAN. NICE FOLLOW UP AT DELIVERY AND AFTER REGARDING OUR PURCHASE. EXCELLENT WAY TO DO BUSINESS.
In store staff was extremely helpful, but not overbarring like most furniture stores, which was tremendous!! The delivery staff were very humerous and treated my furniture as if it were their own. I am beyond pleased with my experience with Bob Mills Furniture and their staff!! Hands down, I would recommend them to anybody looking for great quality furniture!
WORST FURNITURE STORE I’VE EVER DONE BUSINESS WITH! I only gave them one star because I had to in order to write this review. I’ve never even written a review on a company before, but this was just absolutely ridiculous and I felt I needed to post something publicly. We spent over $4,000 with this company just a few months ago. A side rail on the bed we bought for my daughter broke, and Bob Mills refuses to replace it, even though we purchased the warranty on all the furniture we bought. This is a sleazy, slimy company and I will never buy another thing from them! Don’t waste your time or money with these people!
We love the personal, non- aggressive attention & great customer service we received from Monty in the Midland store. His knowledge of the products and what would fit us best was so important. Competitive pricing and quick & free delivery was a great bonus! We were able to picture our furniture in our home based on the comfortable layout of the store. I'll also note we had ONLY planned to buy a mattress originally, but fell in love with the leather love seat and recliner that we bought!
