Sales rep was very helpful, the store had a fabulous selection of items, and rep managed to get me exactly what I wanted under my budget limit.
I believe they picked up some day workers as labor. They were very nice men, but had no idea how to handle items. They were an hour and a half later than the time they said they'd be there. They would pick up one small item at a time, they were not careful with our stuff, I was a nervous wreck watching as our things were handled without care. The man in charge did the best he could with what he had to work with, but I felt very sorry for him as he did most of the work himself. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone.
I was there for the Uhaul to drop off equipment.
Went here to pick up a uhaul. Scheduled time was 1030 and I didn't walk out of there until 1130. Almost missed my movers. Pretty unprofessional, make sure your pick up is for the actual uhaul place off wall street instead.
Very honest and professional. Highly recommend!
