I have made multiple purchase from this store . The products are good.
The customer service sucks at best.

Bad experience with Denver mattress, but the rest were helpful
I finally reach Shawn Nelson the reagional rep who promised to resolve the issue. That still proved a pain to accomplish.
And then when your purchase arrives at the store getting it delivered is the next almost imposdible task and your sales rep when questioned about is of no help.
special order EVERYTHING takes a little more time but in the long run its worth it.
