Dr. Oei is very understanding he is a fantastic doctor!!! He also cares about his patients! Dr. Oei is kind hearted and takes time to listen to his patients. Dr. Jackson is also a kind hearted and listens to his patients!! Kim always has a smile on her face and greets you even if she is busy Dr Oei has a wonderful nursing staff!! Adriana is a very kind. I have never had a bad experience!! Dr. Joseph Oei is the best! I highly recommend Dr Oei!! and Dr. Jackson I would like to thank Dr. Oei and his professional Staff.
Less than 1 star. Very Rude. Front desk is Inmature lacks knowledge on handling customers, no organization, dont even think about calling them on the phone. When you go in the back your treated like a crimminal. They dont care about your pain your situation,,nothing. Your Just a number to them rushed in and out with no real care about your situation. Dont Say I didnt warn You.
My mom went to Dr Oei and was told all her ailments were because she was fat and she didn't need anything at all for her pain except to lose weight. A trip to Lubbock to see an arthritis Dr who ran blood tests on her showed she was afflicted with rheumatoid, psoriatic, osteoarthritis as well as gout (Dr said the numbers for her gout were the highest level he'd ever seen!) She also had diabetic neuropathy. Seems he didn't have a clue, nor an inclination to find out, WHY she hurt so terribly!
I really do like this doctor. He is humorous, witty, but really serious about treating your pain. He by trial & error finds the perfect medication for your specific needs. He urine tests to be sure they aren't being abused or sold. We love Dr. Our!!!!
