Staff and nurses are very unprofessional they take everything as a joke. You call and they transfer your call and hang up on you. You leave a message to one of them they guarantee they will pass the message to the doctor and they never call you back or actually do anything about it. So when you call again the other nurse doesn't have a clue. The most annoying part is that you are calling per doctor instructions to get the prescription ready 5 days before you start the treatment.
