Needed a routine procedure done that my primary physician couldn't do. Despite the scary reviews I gave the benefit of the doubt. I first was met with someone rude on the phone who was very short, but I stupidly trudged on and made an appointment. VERY BIG MISTAKE!!!! The receptionist was rude, didn't greet me, or make any eye contact! She simply shoved papers at me. Needless to say, I felt more like an inconvenience than a new patient! My rationale returned at this point and I decided to leave there and take my business elsewhere! There may be some very fine physicians in the back, but the bedside manor of the front line staff made me unwilling to take that chance. I do not at all recommend this place because there are too many others that I'm sure will appreciate the fact that you are a paying consumer/patient!!!!!!!
Receptionists are very rude. Had to make a 100 mile trip to get a single piece of paper because they wouldn't fax it.
I was seen in the ER on Dec 1st and had a test done Dec 2nd and Dr. G reviewed the results and called me Saturday Dec 3rd at night to give me the results. Thank you for your attention to detail and helping me feel better.
My husband has gone in twice to see Dr. G Patel. His staff is very friendly and he has the best bedside manners that I have seen, if he needs to refer you to someone then he refers you to the best surgeon in town. We would definitely recommend his office.
I found the staff to be perfectly fine. And Dr. G called me at home, on a SUNDAY to tell me not to worry - that I did not have cancer. That meant so much to me.
