Connie was the only nurse I could count on to get us what we needed and take care of us, get us our shots on time-- and since she left I regret ever starting shots for my daughter with this office.
Excellent doctor. He has treated several family members. His candid approach, knowledge, educated each of us on our medical problems and how to deal with our health. We leave each visit with a plan sheet that helps on many levels. His is blunt but he is so well trained and because of his genuine care of our outcome, he is the doctor we want.
Anyway, the following week arrives. I receive two calls, reminding me of their $300 cancelation policy. It is starting to get annoying at this point. The day before my son's appointment, Dr. Bray's office calls. I believe they are calling to confirm my appointment and once again remind me of their cancelation policy, but instead they cancel my son's appointment with less than 24 hour's notice and say they cannot reschedule for another 6-8 weeks! I ask what the reason is for the frequent cancelations, and apparently Bray has been scouting a new job in Houston. That's not a very good reason to cancel appointments while sick children get sicker.
We love you Dr. Bray but you have no clue what your patients have to go through with the lack of service, organization and efficiency from your office staff -- they are costing you mega bucks!
We'll go to someone else. Thanks for wasting my son's time as he struggles to breathe when we could have been seeing someone who will actually care.
The last 3 times I had to fill my daughters serums it took several weeks of calling and checking and calling again and again to get them made and sent out to us. She went 3 weeks with out her shots. This last time i called 2 weeks before she was out of serum to make sure we had it! I have been calling for over 6 weeks to get the serums made and sent to us! Now my daughter has gone 3 weeks without her shots. Really!!
They rescheduled my son's appointment for the following week and reminded me of the $300 cancelation fee, which I had to laugh at because seriously? Where's my $300 for them canceling one hour before my son's appointment?
No apology, no sense of urgency, no care for patients
My daughter has been a patient of Dr Bray for over 8 years. My nieces, friends, and family are all also patients of Dr Bray...Maybe I should say we were all patients of Dr Bray. I am the last one holding on to him as our Dr.- and that is only because to change my daughter to another specialist would involve us starting the entire shot and allergy testing process over with a new Dr.
One hour before my appointment, I receive a call from Dr. Bray's office canceling my appointment. This was incredibly frustrating as I had already lined up childcare for my older child that I now had to cancel and reschedule. Fine.
Before my son's appointment I received no less than five notices from the office that if I should cancel the appointment with less than 48 hours notice that I would be charged a $300 cancelation fee. I had no intention of canceling as my son was sick and needed to see a specialist ASAP.
He is an excellent doctor..Dr.Bray spends sufficient amount of time with his patients. Thanks for taking care of my son..
We have always and still continue to love Dr Bray as a physician but his office staff and nurses are completely incompetent. For the past 2-3 years it has gradually and consistently gotten worse. His office staff is always so unorganized and cluttered but when it starts to affect the patients it's unacceptable. How could he not know what is going on in his own office and with his staff.
He is great doctor!! My daughter had a bad cough for 3 months and her primary couldnt figure out what was wrong so she just gave her medicines to cover the problem but the cough always came back... Dr.bray found the root of the problem and fixed it.
