This is hands down the best Dr here in Midland! I came from San Antonio Tx and was scared to find a good Dr after hearing so many bad things about Drs around here in this little town and I'm so happy I went with Dr Venegas for my first! Idk what half of these people are talking about honesty..I have never had any problems with this office Dr Venegas and his staff are wonderful and already know me so well! The service is always fast and the feedback is awesome they are always there to answer any questions I have! Just want to say Thank y'all so much for all y'all do!
Dr.Venegas delivered my first child at the end of December. From the moment I called when I found out I was pregnant to my last OB visit, he and his staff were nothing short of amazing. I never left his office feeling as if my questions weren't answered or satisfied with responses. Actually, I rarely had any questions because Dr.Venegas was so thorough with explaining each step of my pregnancy that I knew what to expect before it even happened. I rarely had to wait more than 10 minutes before being called back at each visit, if I did I knew it was for a good reason. He also caught a rare disorder I had with my pregnancy that most Doctors are still not that knowledgeable about, which if not could have been harmful to my baby! I would highly recommend him and his staff to anyone! I will never see anyone else, even just with my regular GYN visits!
Dr. Venegas and his staff are absolutely amazing!!!! He delivered my first son in 2011 and in just a few more days will bring our second blessing into this world, very professional and gives such helpful feedback. His staff are nothing but nice and very helpful never once got irritated by my weekly calls when I would forget my appointment dates, times etc. When I got ill yes, I received paperwork on helpful solutions at the beginning but I would call to speak with a nurse and she'd call me mins later on her personal input and she'd help me out and even give me helpful remedies. Payment plan they have is very helpful they don't just slap you with a bill at the end of the day they assist you any way possible to make sure you are taken care of. My pregnancy might have flown by this time but, I look forward to chatting with every staff member in this office every visit and I look forward to my future visits. Thank you all for such a great experience with both pregnancies!

I have heard so good reviews from friends about Dr. Venegas so i decided to call so that i can ask if they accept new patient. To my suprise i got the worse customer service with the lady on the phone by them name Nayili if i spelled that correct. She was rude, sounded like she was not interested to talk and she was ready to hang up before i even finished talking. After the call i had to read some reviews here and it made sense. Most of the reviews people complain about the staff being rude which its true. This looks like a big problem there. I doubt if the doctor knows about this. Nobody would like to be a patient of a place where the staff are not welcoming even if the doctor is the best. Its sad, and i am very dissapointed.
