This doctor has no respect for his patients and is overbooked from the first appointment of the day. He called many times to change my appointment times with an hour's notice. I am disabled so this is a huge inconvenience for me. Every time I went in hours early I had to wait over one hour for the appointment. He spends less than 5 minutes per patient unless he decides you are interesting to talk to. My father also went to this quack and spent over 30 minutes talking about sports and politics while there was a packed waiting room. I told him that I had not finished telling him about my issues after the 30 seconds he gave me nor had he looked at any test results (MRI CAT scan etc). I wouldn't trust this guy to act as a doctor any human being. He told me he was retiring soon so I would never go to him as a new patient. You'll be looking for a new doctor with no notice if you are his patient.
I've been seeing this doctor for a few years now and he is AMAZING. He tries everything he can to help me live a normal life. He deserves 5+ stars. His office staff though, that is why I marked him lower. They are short and this last week while trying to get my new medicine fixed they were rude, played on the phone while I was on hold so it hung up on me, not once but 3 times. The medical assistant who calls you back wouldn't return my call. It took a week to get a phone call back then she lied about leaving a message on my voicemail. There aren't many choices for the area but he is hands down the best dr I've seen around here and even in Lubbock. Wish the staff was better but I'll deal with it just to have a dr who is on my side. He wants to see you get better.
