Dr. Patel has extremely poor interaction with patients. It's like a revolving door and ultimately critical care issues are missed. He's more about quantity and not quality. We've changed our ENT doctor after our abusive experience this week.
Dr Patel is amazing with his patients! He is very compassionate and is great at explaining everything that he is observing! I couldn't ask for a better ENT for my kids!
Ive Been Trying to get a hold of Him for 2 Weeks Now. Him and his Staff have Consistently given me the run around. I Feel like my hearing is getting Worse everyday..... but its seems Dr. Patel doesnt feel like his patients are a priority. and if he does read this and doesnt know what patient it is, then i really feel bad for the rest of his patient who have to deal with his incompetence. We arent just a paycheck that you can collect from the insurance company.
