The dealership as a whole is amazing and welcoming. I have never been there and not felt completely taken care of, whether for service or to buy parts because I crunched a bumper! They make you feel like you are the only one in the place & make sure you are taken care of every step of the way!
Amazing. We came in around 6-6:30 on a Saturday night, not sure if we were going to get a vehicle that soon that day, but with the help of all the staff, especially the super friendly Rosa, we were able to cut a deal and I was able to walk out with a new car that day.
Terrible experience, I will never step foot on this dealership again. I came to Toyota of Midland to see if they could beat a quote I got from Charles Maund Toyota. They did not beat the quote, and when I asked for the keys back for the truck I was trading in, my salesman went and hid in the finance office. I had to go in there to get them back, where I was then berated by the financing manage. He tried to make me look stupid for asking them to beat a quote. I was ready to do business but they only want to rob people. I will never go back. I believe my salesman's name was Jason, and the finance manager never introduced himself. I can't understand how someone can be a salesman yet be so incredibly rude? I wish I could rate lower than 1 star. I would encourage anybody looking to do business here to go to a different dealership.
My Salesman, Victor, was absolutely wonderful. He found the exact car I wanted and Cesar worked to get the cost down to my satisfaction. You have a beautiful facility and quality people. Win-Win!!
