My experience with direct autoplex was HORRIBLE! From day one the car I got was making all kinds of noise and I was told, no worries we just washed it the noise will go away. Next thing you know the heater goes out in the middle of winter so I contact the dealer because I just not to long ago purchased the car. They had my car two weekends in a row claiming to have fixed the problem, but couldn't have when I received the call less than 24 hours saying the car is ready. My car was supposedly seen by not only the mechanic but the "master mechanic" as well. Still no heat, car starts running hot, floorboard stays wet from antifreeze leaking and now here I am four months later after purchasing the car WITH NO CAR! End result from the car running hot, it blew the radiator, busted the water pump, so on and so on. What really upsets me is that I purchased this vehicle on October 3, 2016 and they can't tell me that they didn't know they were selling me a lemon. Not even four months later to the day of purchasing it, here I am again without transportation and having to look for another vehicle. I wouldn't recommend direct autoplex nor Job Calderon to my worst enemy. I'm beyond pissed that this will now go against my credit as well as being a total waste of time and money from down payment as well as car payments that have already been made. False advertising of a vechile
I just stopped to have my wife test drive a vehicle comparable to one I found online before we drove all the way to San Angelo to look at it and they ended up giving us a better deal than I was able to find anywhere else, including for sale by owners. I never would have thought that I would by from them but, I ended up getting a super clean vehicle at an awesome price and the sales guy was great!!!!!! I will be sending anyone who asks me about a used car, to this lot!!!!
