My experience with Classic Honda of Midland was entirely positive. Shawn walked out to greet me with a warm smile and a great handshake. He was friendly, helpful and laid back; not at all pushy, which I like! I typically run from pushy salespeople. From the test drive to financing, Shawn, Ronnie, and James made it all so easy. They are a super team, and Classic Honda of Midland must be proud of them. I love my Honda! ❤️
Everyone at this dealership especially Cesar Guadin our sales rep was so friendly, even the dealership owner Joey came and introduced himself. Cesar took all of our opinions from what we want our payments to be to the car to the leasing plan and made us feel comfortable in our decision to bring home our Honda Civic EX!
I emailed the dealership on Sunday afternoon and by mid-day Monday the family was on its way to midland (from Hobbs) to drive home our new mini-van! All of the negotiations were done first by email then by phone and text and finally in person. The longest segment of the process was Cesar teaching us how to pilot this ‘space-shuttle’ of a technological wonder. From start to finish we were treated like family. I’m serious about this: I felt respected and honored by Cesar, Kathy, James and each member who said hello. We’ll be back.

The prices are over-inflated; it's as if they don't care about making any sales. The sales staff is extremely rude to you if you demand anything close to a fair market price, and are not willing to negotiate. Their inventory is extremely limited, and there's no transparency in pricing. They'll pull a fast one on you if you haven't done your research. My advice- even if you live in Midland or Odessa, buy your car from someplace else unless you want to end up overpaying thousands of dollars!
