Chris Lucero also has been very helpful with helping me find attachments for the my new F150. Kristy spent countless hours searching for a vehicle that would fit my price range and she got me such a low interest rate. Researched car lots and decided on Reagor in Midland, TX to purchase our next vehicle. Didn’t get a chance to write an amazing review for all the hard work they had done with the purchase of the first vehicle when it was involved in an accident. Vehicle was totalled 2 weeks after purchase. Called Joel at Reagor Dykes and he immediately got busy finding us another vehicle. He knew what we wanted and our limits and he found us a vehicle I absolutley love. Customer service was amazing. Atmosphere is family oriented and laid back. Joanne (the boss) spent time talking with me about the wreck and what to expect. Not something you usually expect from the boss. Devin explained everything thoroughly with us about the financing process. Joel delivered the vehicle he had in mind for us to our house. The staff made wrecking my first car not such a bad situation with their great customer service and caring attitude.
