We were very pleased with our experience with Rogers Ford, this is our third vehicle we have purchased from them, each time has been a positive experience. Our sales person Armando worked with Leo and was very helpful during and after the purchase he went the extra mile for us especially after, my husband had left his glasses in our trade in and Armando tracked it down and retrieved them for him. Great people skills.
We were broke down in Midland Texas pulling our fifth wheel heading to Oklahoma. We were 16 hours from home, out of warranty, and in trouble. We googled local Ford dealership and pulled up Rogers Ford. They had excellent reviews and so I called to see when they could see us. They said bring it in but would be 3-7 day before repairs could be made. We had no choice so we dropped it off. When they learned we were traveling they moved heaven and earth to get us on the road. The AMAZING people of Rogers Ford had us on the road in less than 24 hours and were very reasonable on our repair cost!!! THANK YOU Brandon for all of your compassion and kindness!!!
