Ashley was awesome. We communicated through the phone and she would text me to keep me updated on the phone. I told her what I was looking for and found me what I needed and also sent me picture of the car. I was sold once I saw it, It was a good deal and I applied over the phone. To my surprise I got it. I went on Monday to do the paperwork and everyone was friendly. The finance manager was very nice. I forgot her first name but her last name was Fuentes. They were so nice that they delivered the car to Big Spring and didn't have to go back to pick it up. Thanks for everything

No reason that I was told it would be the end of December before they can look at whats wrong with my truck. Only November 16th and neither the Midland or Odessa facilities will look at my truck for a plug and play assessment until the new year. Maybe I need to buy a Ford or a Chevy to have better access to service.
