Very unhappy with the service here! It was one thing after another. First they couldn't get blood from my cat the vet suggested to bring her back at 8:00 in the morning because that's when they do their cleaning and my cat may be picking up different smells. This makes no sense to me animals are intuitive on scent even after a "clean up". Next experience was scheduling I confirmed the date and time before I hung up I went in for my scheduled appointment and was told it was in a week from what I had had scheduled I had to sit and wait for an hour while they "worked" me in. I discussed with the vet how disappointed I was my time is just as valuable as theirs. I was told that they have had some staff changes and they are working on the issue. They are overpriced and so good at taking your money. When I first moved to West Texas I had to have 2 cats put down within 6 months of each other they were compassionate about that at least.
I can't speak for anyone else's experience, but I can for mine. I've been going here for over a year. They are so helpful any concerns or questions they always either consulted with me in person or the Vets called me, even after hours. My dog has an aggression issue that no one can understand and they made it possible with mine. Even have him go to the patio outside for his shots because he has anxiety issues. Even when he was neutered it was a smooth transition. They may not be the cheapest, but best believe I'm willing to pay top dollar for my dog knowing he's taken care of. They didn't have to work with him and they did anyways!
I wish I could give 0 stars. There always seemed to be something with them (services extremely overpriced, less than truthful/accurate employees, or unable/unwilling to schedule an appointment). After several "miscommunications" I told them I would need to take my business elsewhere, this could not have excited the employee more. She then proceeded to get off the phone as quickly as she could, I would not waste your time or money with them but that is just my recommendation.
The Dr.'s and staff have always been great to our animals!
