Nicest place to stay while in Midland.
Bob Wallace, the owner, is one of the sweetest men I have ever met. The water comes from a well and the pressure isn't always the best but the water quality is probably the worst that I have ever seen. I have a multi stage filtration system that I have built in an effort to protect my campers water system and still have to replace my anode rod and flush all of my water lines, fresh water tank, and water heater every quarter. I've found that vinegar works best. There is no wifi but there is Lan line and it works ok. The power cuts out often when we have bad weather come through. The grounds are a little primitive. The best thing that I can say about this place is that it is very inexpensive and as long as you pay your rent, it would be really hard to get kicked out.
