The park itself is asphalt and dirty, garbage cans over flow debri blows every where
First impression is great. I was looking for a site early Saturday morning, Mark didn't answer when I called, but he called me right back within a few minutes. Easy pull throughs, easy set up.
Management is non-existent, I never saw anyone ride through that parking lot to check sites to make sure they were clean. Dogs are tied outside units 24/7 barking and lunging at people as you pass by.
No one picks it up and management doesn't seem to care.
Some sites look like construction zones with junk piled under and around the units.
If your walking around the park watch your step dog crap is every where.
We couldn't wait to get out. Worse place we have ever had to park our camper. We have traveled this entire country, as my husband works for different oil companies. We have lived on both coast and every where in between. Never had an experience like this.
I am not sure how or who gave them a five star rating, but it is totally false.
We stayed at this parking lot for a month.
Quite friendly place to park for oilfield families. Good dog friendly place as long as you keep your dog on a leash
Stayed here for about a year, its a very nice and quite country atmosphere, layed back and priced reasonably. Over all I loved it here
Moved here with my husband and 3 kids. Management is awesome. Nice environment my kids have already made friends. Very reasonably priced. So glad we moved here instead of another park.
