Not sure why the owners don't let customers know about the flooding... stayed at this park and left as soon as I realized the issues. Found this photo posted online about this place. ALSO, Joshua, who posted a 5 star review, is one of the owners. Of course he gave a 5 star review. It's really sad that he is lying in it though. Be careful going there.
BEST RV Park in Midland TX. I've been here almost 2 years and I've seen the others. This Park is Great. Clean Amenities, Laundry, Restrooms and Showers Always Kept Up. Managers and employees are super helpful, friendly, and professional. They watch out for people and care about the residents. Also, the dog park and work out center are nice amenities. This park is family friendly and they have activities for kids. I would highly recommend Lucky Star RV Park if you need to stay in Midland or Odessa, Texas. And, NO, it does Not Flood.
My husband and i have had a very enjoyable stay at the Lucky Star. We have had out 5th wheel here since October. WendyLynn and Josh are awesome people... so friendly!
Got into town found this RV Park. Not at all what it seems. There is a lot of trash all over the grounds. Weeds everywhere. Owners are friendly but not truthful not up front about fees and refund policy. Myself and another couple came into the park for work we ended up moving to Carlsbad the within 2 days of registering at the park. Had given my debit card at time of check in mind you it had not been charged at time of checkout. Stopped and explained situation to office and explained that I knew my card had not been charged for our stay at the time of our conversation I ask to pay only the daily rate for the 2 days which was 45 each. Ask to change amount of $660 that was going to be charged to my card. She said that she could not do that and immediately charged my card in the amount of $660. Very dishonest. She could have just as easily charged my card $100 and been done. I DO NOT recommend this park. Very dishonest people in the office they are greedy. Stay at your own risk
The park is clean and quiet. Management is friendly, responsive & professional. I wish that there were trees, but that is the nature of Midland, TX.
