Stayed at this rv park for 2 and a half months before a spot opened up at another rv park. October 2016-December 2016. Don't let the picture of a camper with a concrete slab by it fool you. That picture was not taken here. There is, literally, a crap plant close by and this rv park constantly catches the brunt of the smell. Constantly having to catch and kill rats. Not mice, field RATS. Consistently very large rats. Everyone over a foot long, not counting the tail. Worst park I've ever stayed in. Owner said he would pro-rate the last month I already paid for, since I only stayed a week and a half into the month. Never saw a dime

Great place to stay for that west Texas country feel. My wife and I stayed in the area for about 3 weeks and had no problems. The owner and staff were extremely nice, and helpful. On the 2nd week we had a plumbing pipe break in our RV and Oscar was right there to lend a helping hand and get us back to running condition. (THANKS OSCAR!!)
