Great location and service was very friendly and prompt. Very good location.
Fairly quick place to get a good hot sandwich. Lots of free toppings. But they do change extra for mushrooms. The day we stopped by, their soup maker didn't work. So, no soup for you.
The Italian and mushroom melt sandwiches were flavorful. Their hot pepper mixture is spicy and a good addition to your sandwich. The strawberry smoothie was good. Employees were friendly and helpful for us first-timers. The establishment (and bathroom) appeared clean. One thing that was refreshing was the fact that I could actually have a conversation with who I'm eating with unlike places like Buffalo Wild Wings and Bubba's.
Only taking one star for limited drink selection, however to be fair I have a picky taste. Other than that great food and good options, a definite yes!!!
Just had the new Turkey Club sandwich. One word, amazing. Friendly service, charming atmosphere, and reasonable prices. Ill definitely be coming back soon. Great job Potbelly Sandwich Shop, A+
