I'm one of those customers that like to read reviews about restaurants before deciding on going or not, and yes this place had its bad and good that I said what the hell gonna give it a shot. I came in today around lunch time and from a distance saw smiling faces which is a good sign to me as smiling faces means good experience opposed to mad, stressed out I wanna hurry up and get you out of here face. Well I was right because as soon as it was my turn to order I was received by a smiling energetic employee who helped answering any questions I had about the items on menu, very knowledgeable about everything and made sure my first time experience was a positive one. I will definitely be back as these are the types of establishments I enjoy re-visiting, kudos to Mgmt for making sure employees make their guests feel welcomed.
Not so friendly staff but good food at this location.
I love Chipotle. But for some reason this one has struggles. I got rice and he was very stingy with what he put on my taco. Same with the chicken that I'm paying $5.00 extra for. And my chips were very stale like they were days old as if they didn't have fresh chips to give out. Very disappointed.
Last time I come here in addition I'll go back to burgers. 17 bucks for stripes size burritos. This is ridiculous. Then she tells me she'll label the burrito so I'll know the different. Probably helpful, I can't tell the difference by the helpings. Unlike Odessa which only skimps on the meat this place is stingy with the beans, rice and meat. I was so disappointed when I was making my payment. If there was a homeless guy outside I would have given the food to him. This place cost too much for how little food you're given.
