Pizza is great. not too consistent on salad, sometimes fresh sometimes wilted lettuce. Very awesome mango tea
I was trying to order food for a meeting i had coming up and was highly disappointed with the service i received on the phone. When i explained to the young lady on the phone that i would like to order for a group, she sighed and replied "When and what do you want". You would think this was be a great opportunity for making some more money from a bulk order, but not it seemed to be an inconvenience for her. Then when i started to order, i asked her the difference between the large and x-large pizza and she stated, "I don't know" and when asked if there was a manger on duty that i could speak to to see if he or she knew the information i was placed on hold. Being placed on hold is fine, but i was on hold for 25 minutes and no one returned to the phone. I then proceeded to call back, and when answered and explained who i was, i was immediately hung up on. So unprofessional, so disappointing and i not be giving my business professionally or personally to this establishment. This makes me so sad for the owners, because they are obviously losing business because of poor staff.
The food here is pretty good. A little pricey. They are normally shorthanded and service is sort of lacking at times.
Great pizza amazing hardworking crew. That new fusion water helps me make a healthy decision while satisfying my pizza urge. The GM Gloria is so sweet and welcoming she really turned this place around for the better
Firstly the place was dirty there was nowhere to sit, chairs missing in the front part of the restaurant. A small pizza took a little longer than we expected but it was hot. The guy that brought the pizza literally just dropped off a pan of pizza.. no plates, no napkins, and said nothing to us. Obviously he doesn't like his job, customer service and management is where this place fails. Such a beautiful shopping center that's always full, a place like this should be packed as well. Won't be returning.
