I am from the place right now went through the drive through but the lady that took my order was so rude to me. First of all I could barely hear her she spoke like she didn’t want to. Then she says rudely oh o can’t understand you!! Please use proper language when communicating to customers

Refused to take orders even though I had cash because their system was rebooting at 4am. Said all I wanted was tacos, told me they were frozen. Thought Jack in the box had a full menu at all times?
Fold tasted very old and dry that night I went. Been going for years, food normally is fresh and good.
