WORST CUSTOMER SERIVCE! Would not recommend or call over the phone. They told me one thing, and then told me another once I arrived to pick up a car.

I walked up to the Avis counter as another person was walking away so there was no wait. It only took a quick signature on an electronic pad and I was on my way to the car, which explains why there was no line. The vehicle they offered was very enjoyable to drive offering an excellent ride over rough roads and had plenty of power.Gas mileage was good and return was quick and easy. The price was great. What more could you ask for?

The manager is a joke and so is the company. Don't ever rent a car from them. Tried to charge me $3000 for something they messed up in the system.
