It was a major undertaking to remove the old tile roof and replace with a high quality steel roof. Multiple contractors were involved and everything was professionally arranged by Roofs by Nicholas. They did an excellent job in a timely manner. We are very pleased with the quality of the work and the professionalism of everybody involved. My interaction with RBN and Ryan was only for the free inspection, and I want to say that Ryan was very professional and proactive in looking at our property. Although our phone-number was mis-recorded by accident, Ryan came out of the way to our house anyways and spent time to inspect our roof. He identified multiple damages, took pictures, and spent time explaining to me what needs to be done.
