Ten days before our movers were scheduled, a freak hail storm came through and damaged our roof. Jeremy came over the following morning, worked with my insurance company, and got the roof replaced prior to us listing the house. Thanks to Chappell, my roof is one less thing I've got to worry about.
They installed shingles on my roof in 2015. I had multiple leaks. I called at least 3 times. I was told I will get a call back by the same person all 3 times and he did not ever call me. My General Contractor then called and left a message also. He also did not call back. My roof has a 5 year warranty. I will not use this or recommend this company to anyone. With me, they did not honor their warranty to me.
