Did half my roof and haven't came back to do the other half. It's been 3 days and they said it was a 1 to 2 day job. There is trash all over my yard and things laying everywhere. Called them and can't ever get them to call me back. More than frustrated with them. Watching my neighbors go up in a day and a half while mine is taking 3 going on 4 days now.
Nate was very professional. I received 3 bids from different companies. I felt that Nate with Charles Terry was the most upfront and honest out of all of them. The office gave me houses addresses to drive by to look at the color of shingles I like to see in person on top of a book. They finished the job in 2 days. Very happy with their service.
He's got a nice dog....but my experiences with him (and other so reputable firms) make judgment on your ability to pay based on?? If you seem to have a lot of money...you get instant attention. If you seem to be lacking...they will over bid the project so you will go away...or not even call you back at all. Same experience with "tree loving care" Midland....called a couple of times...boss out of the office....will call back. Never called. Why do I have to beg for them to take my money.
They had to remove the AC unit and between them and D&D plumbing, never put it back correctly. Now I have 2 inches of AC ducting sticking out of my ceiling. I called them back several times and they said it was D&D's fault, and visa versa.
We’ve used Charles Terry for decades. This is the first time we’ve been so disappointed in the work and who he uses to sub contract. Will not use again!
