Best customer service very helpful
Do not drop-off your packages here! I dropped off my package to be sent out by Mail n more but it could not be tracked with the usps tracking number I had because it never left the store. It seems suspicious to me that my package never made it out of the store therefore could not be tracked. The employees and supervisor Katy immediately informed me that they could not be held responsible to the package after it is dropped off, something they failed to make a point of initially when I dropped off the package. They did not try help resolve the problem and could not explain why a package would not have been scanned in by usps. Do not use the service at this store because if something goes wrong they will not help you.
