Annette is the most dog loving and caring person I have ever met! We recently went to board our dog, who is very terrified of boarding facilities. Our dog was being aggressive and she had to be picked up (not Annettes fault what so ever, our dog can be very rude). After we arrived to get her, Annette asked us if we wanted to borrow her large kennel and bowls so we didn't have to cancel our lake plans and she said we will try again. Even after our dog was rude, she still helped us by letting us borrow her kennel, bowls, and saying that we will try again. I've looked everywhere in Midland for boarding and I will never have to look again. Don't use anyone but Claws and Paws, I promise you will love them!
and the owner is very caring to all the dogs.Its always clean an looks nice in the kennels.

Best place to board your animals. Best service . They keep the place sanitary and know every animals needs. Its cool inside the dogs get plenty of running and play time. They don't just sit there. Pins are very large. Would pay double the price they ask. Never had a problem . Booking your animal needs to be in advance.....Highly recommended!!!!
Great kennel services and the owner is very nice! This location is unique in comparison with other kennels in the area, because each dog has its own backyard doggy door to use when they need to go potty and even outside each kennel is separated by a chain link fence, so other dogs wouldn't get into fights with each other. We left our a little wild to strangers, large breed dog there on several occasions and he has always been taken care of very well, not stinky, like at other kennels, well fed and had a plenty of water, never had a kennel cough also. The only downside of this service is that fill up pretty fast especially on major holidays or school breaks when most of people traveling, so you need to call and book it as much in advance as possible
We took our four cats to this “boarding facility” on a Thursday and picked them up on Tuesday morning first time and this place is a DNRE (DO NOT RETURN EVER). First, any place in which the client has to get on their hands and knees to get to their cats because it is so disorganized and dirty should not be boarding animals. Second, they actually boarded cats and dogs TOGETHER. The dogs were loud and the cats were terrified. The place was dirty and disorganized, it seemed more like a back-door boarding than somewhere professional. Internet pictures and "positive" reviews can be definitely deceiving. LOTs of room for improvement.
