Poor service. Booked our truck 3 weeks in advance. Day of move, I called on our way over, 45 minutes away and was informed they didn't have what we reserved and wasn't sure how long until they had it. Waited 2 hours, called back and said it was ready. Got to location and no one was there. Waited over 30 min for store clerk to come back. Then had to wait almost 1 hour for him to do the paperwork. Very unprofessional and horrible service.
