Waters Edge should be your first call!
There was no problem with the plumbing, Plumbing Waters Edge was just trying to scam a single woman, becareful!!
The first call was a water heater that needed replaced, they did a fine job, no complaints.
I have had 2 dealings with Plumbing Waters Edge, both with Allied Home Warranty.
I would recommend these guys even if I didn't have a home warranty.
Dealing with First American Warranty it is very hit or miss on who you are going to get to come to you house, sometimes you get a winner, sometimes a dud. I've been very lucky with Water's Edge as they have been professional, curtious, and prompt.
The second call was a blocked shower drain, after 20 minutes the tech said that he had been doing plumbing for 10 years and that the concrete slab would have to be torn out and the plumbing redone. It would be about $2,000 and they could start in the morning. The Warranty company would only cover $500, I would be responsible for the balance.
I called another plumber for a 2nd opinion and he removed the blockage within 20 minutes.
