Ripped me off on water heater and installation!!! Add insult to injury; they didn't tighten up connection to gas line and I lost most of my gas from tank! Also poor customer service. Promised to be at house at 11:00 and didn't show up until 4:00. No call or nothing!
I have been doing business with D&D for over 15 yrs. I have never been disappointed with them. I have dealt with them in all areas of their service. I have dealt with them on commercial property and residential property. The staff, from the ladies that work the office to any and all service men as well as management. They always act grateful for the chance to do a job and want me to be happy with the work done.
They resolved a drain issue and performed the drain service the proper way no short cuts.

I do not doubt that D&D is good at what they do but VERY EXPENSIVE. They replaced 6 shut off valves underneath sinks in bathrooms and it came out to be over $600!!! I encourage everyone to get other bids before using D&D. This job should have been a $250 fix by a professional. And a $100 fix if I were to do it myself.

I used Charles Terry roofing and D&D did the AC removal and replacement. Their technician did a horrible job removing the AC unit, damaging the ceiling, but they put the AC unit back incorrectly and then the blame game started between them and the horrible roofing company. Now I have 2 inches of AC duct sticking out from my ceiling.
