Stayed here for work. I think price is high for what it is, but it's a nice place to stay. A bit awkward to get in and out of the parking lot the first few times, easy to pass if you're not careful.
Great place, with great value. Extended stay with home felt amenities. Staffs excellent!
Full sized fridge, electric range, and a microwave. The bathtubs are tiny and the wi-fi is slow and unreliable. Go to Wal-Mart and pick up a Cat-6 cable and you're good to go. The staff was always excellent.
They rook you into staying here when you call the reservation line. Tell you how safe and nice it is.....nice? Um, not by a freaking long shot! The kitchen was a great selling point to get me to book a week's stay. Only to find out when you get here there is not ONE dish, ONE utensil, ONE cooking pan. Oh, but you can BUY Some from them, or go buy your own! (What the heck!!?) The real kicker is that they have housekeeping, ONCE EVERY TWO WEEKS! Let that sink in!!! Smells Like sewer on the 1st floor. Elevator is slower than Christmas. And of course, no refunds if you decide one night was enough on their horrible low quality beds. Horrible experience
The general manager at this property, Terrance, is the most helpful and accommodating manager and proprietor I have ever met. He goes above and beyond "the call of duty" to help his guests. I've stayed here with my wife, baby daughter, and two dogs; and I honestly can't recommend this place any more highly. If I could I would rate this hotel above five stars. It's family and pet friendly and when there was an issue with our original room, they moved us to another one right away, no questions asked, for no additional charge. Professionalism at its finest.
