I just came from the hospital with lower back pain issues. The bed I had been using was not supporting my lower back at all. Decided to come to Mattress Firm for a new bed that will help support my back. Came in and right away I was helped by Allison! She knew which beds would be best for me and we found the perfect bed for me. She even gave me a snack to help with my nausea from the medications I was given for my back problems at the hospital. I really appreciated all of Allison's help. Definitely the perfect place to find a mattress. I would recommend this place to family and friends for sure!

This was my first purchase with Mattress Firm. I had a great experience with them, the sales lady was awesome. I've had my mattress for about a week now. Every morning I've woken up, NO back pain. My only complaint was the length of time it took me to get my mattress, almost 3 weeks. But, the only reason I waited was to get the free head head raising base that came with my mattress. Never had one before, still trying to adjust to it.
Searched Midland for 3 days for a good deal on a mattress that meet my comfort needs and my cheap budget. Needless to say my search stored here. Allison was very helpful without being pushy. My husband & I went there for the first time to get a new mattress for our bed & they still had a Memorial Day sale going on. It's nice that they give certain companies discounts, so my husband was able to get one through his job, saving even more money.Josue gave us a nice deal for our mattress & pillows & we did not have a difficult time selecting, we were in & out.
