A-Men on the VERY disappointed! Not sure what I liked best...The toilet cover flying off when I lifted the lid, the restaurant that was closed when we checked in on a weekday afternoon, the luke warm coffee available in the lobby, or the lack of even a continental breakfast bar at top of the scale room rates? RUN to any other option!
Great hotel in Midland close to dining and a theater right next to it. The staff is very friendly and helpfull. Rooms are clean and have all the amenities you would expect in a hotel these days.
Excellent room, courteous staff, and they allow pets for free. I will definitely stay here again if I'm in the area.
Very disappointing. Waited around 10 minutes for check-in, because no staff was present at the desk. Bathroom was plumbed incorrectly resulting in the shower being too hot to use. Had to change rooms. Breakfast was not ready within the posted hours despite me confirming the night before, because I had an early plane to check. To top it off, I had to wait another 10 minutes to check out because no staff was present. So it's clearly not a fluke. Poorly run, poorly constructed, paper-thin walls with no sound proofing. Two stars because housekeeping was good and beds were comfortable. Nowhere near worth the price.
Good hotel. The bed was comfortable and I was able to get the rest I needed. Like another review, the bathrooms could be better. More attention is needed when cleaning. I didn't want to step on the floors because of it and used shoes or socks whenever I walked around. They did offer free breakfast, so that was another plus.
