The bed is so comfortable! Room is clean! The maitnence man is so funny and nice, very awesome person. The ( short white lady) desk lady is so nice. Good prices.
We have been staying here for more than 3 weeks a few workers & myself. 1st the bigger white woman up front is so rude & has an attitude, next they don't clean up the trash from outside near the pool that's been there for a week straight and more coming only because the mexican maintenance man has gone on vacation. one of the worker (woman) son has sold drugs here to some of the folks staying here. There was an accident with a young woman who fell down the stairs and not one person has gone and checked up on her & to top it off they close the pool, which I might add it took them 2/3 weeks to clean and now they took all the chairs & tables always. Lazy Bad for business!! I just DON'T understand why they wouldn't want to keep the customers coming back. I see now if they don't wanna clean up they just remover everything! And don't tell me you will refund me my money I've done asked and they denied me my money oh well I'll take the lost but I just want everyone to know don't expect great customer service nor clean place! Horrible place! Worst service ever if the service was good it would help 100%!!!
The air conditioner did not work, and the pool was closed and looked like it had not been cleaned in years. The entire property seemed to need a lot of work. No ice. Cigarette burn holes in the blanket in a NON smoking room.
If i could give it 0 i would rooms are less than standard for a hobo. Went to the room they first assigned us went to use the bathroom and did and toilet didnt flush. Got moved to a different room there was tape covering the tub spout so the shower would work and it still didnt have any pressure and ceiling was falling in and oops toilet doesnt flush again but i was tired at 1 am so said screw it. Felt like bugs were crawling all over me. Wish i woulda slept in my truck and just went to the store and bought baby wipes. Wouldve been more refreshing that way and coulda got a better nights sleep. Place is only still running cause it fills up its rooms when ALL other hotels within 35 miles have filled up. Place is trash location is trash beds are trash anyone else who says otherwise must be friends with owner or staying at a different hotel. Hobos wouldnt stay here.
Lots of issues. Filthy bathroom; toilet has blood stains on the inside and outside. Some electrical outlets do not work. The refrigerator barely works. The parking lot looks pretty rough, and the landscaping looks like a lost cause. Air conditioning took a long time to cool down the room, and the bed was very uncomfortable. Also smelled like the sheets had not been changed.
