Clean, friendly, and helpful yes. I have been loyal for almost a year now, every weekend. Unfortunately Mike it seems has become fine with the homeless coming in and hanging around. There are women and children there, do you really think having the homeless around is a good idea? Besides that, they are EXTREMELY OFFENSIVE with the way they smell. I think I will find another facility next weekend.
Dropped clothes of to be cleaned along with all my own cleaning products due to allergies.. When I picked up my laundry, my WHOLE bottle of detergent as well as my scent boosters was supposedly "used", for maybe 3 loads of laundry (1 sheets/towels, 1 regular, and 1 work clothes) ALSO missing 4 pairs of my husbands work jeans. When I questioned why this happened 2 of the workers started screaming at me and the other workers had nothing to say about this. VERY unprofessional place, do not trust them with your belongings!!

THIS STORE IS ALWAYS SO CLEAN AND FRIENDLY COMPARED TO YOUR STORE ON THE EASTSIDE OF MIDLAND. Attendants and management are always so friendly and helpful. HUGE difference from the circus being ran on Oak street.
