They have drive up service, but are lazy about it. They will lock the sliding door and say it is due to the wind. When you point out there is ZERO wind they say the morning crew had it locked so it stays locked. This happened 2/3 of the times I picked up our clothes. The cleaners next door never locks the door and the price isn’t that different. Also, when I said drive up is a service we pay for the girls informed me that they don’t charge for the service. Well the price is more that than Iron Press where I walk in to get the clothing so yes you do charge.

Bad service did not receive all my clothes
TERRIBLE. They lost several of my clothes, damaged my clothes and the 24 hour turn around is hit or miss. Several times I have come back 2-3 days later and still not all of my clothes had been completed. I tried this place for a few months and was a problem every single time. Find a different cleaners!
