Interesting note. We've used the Comet Cleaners on Wadley (across from Claydesta) for a long time and always had good service. But their computer systems apparently aren't connected; we weren't in the database for the new store and had to set up a new account...which, of course, will never be used again.

We tried this cleaners for the first time and they lost a shirt. (They actually gave it to another customer, and gave me his shirt. I returned his; he didn't return mine.) They said they would call us when they knew something, but they never did. When we finally went in to see what was going on, their solution was not to reimburse me for the shirt, but to give us a credit for future services. So let's think about this. We had terrible service and got no satisfaction, but they want us to come back for more. Not happening.
