If your kid takes a nasty fall, has a serious injury, that i dont know... typically should cause concern... Do NOT bring them here. No one is in a hurry or concerned around here. My 1 year old daughter took a fall off 3-4 foot set of steps and landed head first for example. Concerned for head injury and unknown bleeding from her mouth. Still waiting for provider to see other patients.
Our entire family sees Dr Beck and staff knowing we will have top quality care. Like any great place there are few times the wait is longer than usual. Today they brought in an extra provider to help with the overflow. That speaks volumes to the care and diligence to help the sick patients faster. I highly recommend both locations. Brittony was courteous, prompt and takes care with all her patients.
One of the WORST clinics in midland!! How long does it take to fill out leave of abcense papers for work! It's not suppose to take more than a week, and it's going on 3 weeks now!! Reason:( Dr. is TOO tired, they say he'll be back tomorrow, we go in tomorrow morning and oh he took the day off) then the day after we go again and they say he's really busy he won't have time to do it today! Like seriously! What kind of employees work here and who is TOO BUSY!! I've worked at a Drs office and I know how it works! You gotta make time! I DO NOT RECCOMMEND THIS CLINIC AT ALL! Get some new damn employees!
I called and described the problem my friend was having and they assured me that if the dr said that was the problem, then yes they could treat it. No, they couldn't do it when we got there. They said that wasn't in their supply cabinet. I had to tell the dr myself the types of medicine needed. The Dr seemed intimidated and would not look you on the eye. Very strange. Would not recommend, the ER would be worth the wait instead of going to this place.
Nice staff who appear to enjoy their work, reasonable wait time, and quick resolution.
