Got in quickly. Everybody there was great. Kind and professional. Would recommend to all.

My husband and I went to this facility which we have never been before because he had kidney pains. This over night staff was tremendously wonderful! Everything was done in a timely manner and I had started to get cold in the room we were in and they gladly gave me a couple of sheets/blankets from the warmer so that was a huge bonus! Very personable and informative! I would gladly go back again! Thank you to all the August 25th, 2016 overnight team!

Less than zero

My daughter who is 5 months old was sick and as soon as we got into the emergency room the front staff was extremely rude and unprofessional. Then we get called back in the back and the nurse and radiologist were very nice but the doctor came in and he was extremely rude then tried to yell at us saying we were rude to his staff! I will never come back here again!!

Convenient location and pretty friendly staff but NOT who you should see if you may have an actual emergency. I am a 25-year-old, pretty athletic, healthy guy who went in to this location with bizarre right arm swelling. The doctor initially ordered an ultrasound of the arm to look for blood clotting and one was performed along with blood work to look for an infection. The tech and doctor interpreted the results as a negative for blood clots and did no further testing. There seemed to be no infection. The ER did not seem busy at all but I was in for well over 3 hours and only with the doctor a very short amount of time. I was given the diagnosis "edema" (swelling) and advice to go home and keep my arm elevated. Over the next few days the arm got worse and worse. I travelled to the ER at Shannon in San Angelo 3 days after my visit here. Immediately the doctors knew something was seriously wrong. The doctor assured me he would not stop running tests and such until and answer was found. First, another ultrasound was ordered along with X-rays. The ultrasound came back positive for "significant blockage" in a major vein coming from my arm. I had a huge blood clot that, even if it wasn't the size it had become 3 days later, should've been caught according to the doctor. I now realize the danger that I had been in up to that point. The clot could've dislodged and done major damage. I know that this location may have done an excellent job before, but I do not feel comfortable using one of these free-standing ER services anymore. They do not have the capability and expertise of a hospital. They may have had good intentions, but with me, they missed the mark and it could've cost me dearly. I am being treated now and the prognosis looks good. Go to a real hospital and don't waste precious time and money here.
