On a positive note, the store was very clean and well organized. I understand they probably can't employ too many people due to small profit margins and many people shopping online, but the current staff needs to be coached and trained to be more inviting and pleasant. This would be a way to keep customers coming back.

The checkout wasn't any better. This was my last resort and I was glad that I found what I needed. I'm surprised this location is still in business.

I've probably been in this store a handful of times over the span of 10 years. They do have some deals on brand name men's wear. There's almost no one to help you if you need assistance. You have to hunt someone down, if you can find someone they're probably "busy." I was in the shoe department trying on several shoes and when an employee walked by I tried to get her attention to see if they had a shoe horn I could borrow and she looked past me like I was not there.
