Salesperson could not tell the difference between 2 similar items even when I pointed out different numbers. Ended up with her at her register and she mentioned how items are the same. Sad, poor communication and bad impression.
This is one of my favorite stores i love going shopping here.
Called the Midland TX Sephora for an item I wanted, they told me they didn't have it. Went there after work to double check, asked about the desired item, was told that the last one was just sold a second before me. I don't see how this is acceptable since I was told earlier that day on the phone they didn't have one. The associate at least tried to resolve by calling the Sephora in Odessa TX, they had one so she asked them to put on hold for me. I go all the way to the OTHER CITY to pick up the item on hold. They did have my item, unfortunately this experience got worse. After purchasing the item and before I left the counter I asked the employee just to double check that the item wasn't broken to check the condition. It was broken.
