Two months out on CDL road tests. Had to fill out the same set of documents three times. Make sure if you're trying to get a CDL to make copies of the application/certification and bring one every time you go. They apparently don't keep those things on their servers where they can easily pull them up.
Efficient and friendly service. I had a pleasant experience. I was in and out in less than half an hour.
Worst service ever ! Most uninformative and rude, arrogant staff I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with ! Had driving test scheduled back in August for today. They didn't bother informing me then that I would have to watch a video before this driving test. I scheduled in person in August, the least they could have done was inform me. I've been waiting over 5 weeks to test today. A 2 hour video would have been easy to have done in that time ! The new change took place for all new applicants on 9-1-17. My application was done in August, pre-existing. They should have told us we had to do this then ! What a waste of my time !
What a great experience. Such a difference from the old office. Every one was helpful and friendly. Very organized.
